This furnished bedroom and full bathroom for you are in a large, comfortable townhouse (2100 sqft) with parking in the garage and storage space in the basement if needed. The kitchen is fully equipped and available for you, plus there’s a few shelves I keep clear for your things. It’s worked well for the roommate we have now. Utilities and wifi included. We have Amazon, Netflix, and Disney+. The home is a quick walk to the bus, 12min ride (3km) to 69th Street train station. We have a bike path and green spaces around us, and we are walking distance to Edworthy Park. No pets allowed in the building, sorry. (Yes your bedroom does have a chair at the desk, it just got missed in the photo).

I’m pretty quiet and introverted but I appreciate some friendly company too. My two daughters live here every other week, ages 9 and 13. They’re great kids and well liked by adults. The girls and I prefer not to live with a stranger who keeps to entirely to themselves, but we all value our privacy and space too so we strike a balance. We’re looking for a female roommate, sorry guys. One last thing, I get periods of fatigue so I could really use someone who could help a little bit with household chores like dishes once a week, vacuum sometimes. I’d ask for $800 in rent otherwise and hope to get a bit of help in exchange for the lower rent and heap of gratitude!
