Large room with double size bed linen, blanket, pillow provided,shared washroom for 3 female, washroom just next to the large bedroom with large closet and latge study table with adjustable chair and it’s a quiet place and 2 min to ttc bus, min to library, walking distance to groceries, banks, fast food resto, all utilities included with free wifi, shared kitchen stuff and laundry.I also have 2 single room with single bed only $800 with study table and adjustable chair that available now.

I am Asian works full time outside and I didn’t stay all the time at home,right now I only have 3 female student in the second floor. I am quiet simple honest person.
