Common spaces are semi furnished but there is absolutely some room if you have furniture. Bedroom will be completely unfurnished.

Rent includes one bedroom, and shared use of kitchen, bathroom, laundry with the other downstairs tenant, me.

Damage deposit is $550 and pet deposit is $100.

I am a 26 year old female currently working in the beltline. I have a love of all kinds of crafting and cookery, foraging and (mostly cozy) gaming. I am celiac, so conversations will have to be had to help minimize the risk of cross contamination.
