I might get us a barbecue soon -your bedroom has a beautiful personal en-suite with a glass shower and 2 decently sized closets -entire condo is about 1000 square feet -the kitchen has all the important appliances as well as a gas stove and includes a large counter island for prep cooking. -the unit is mostly furnished except for the bedroom, but negotiations can be made to furnish it. -in-suite laundry and dryer and a very large pantry -1 parking space and access to the storage locker

The building itself: -24/7 concierge -good sized gym -a lounge with tv and fuseball that can be booked for a fee -a guest suite that can also be booked for a few -bike storage -secure, underground parkade -amazing area 5 min walk from the train station and 17th ave.
