You would love the open concept, upgraded kitchen and the quiet area surrounded by pathways,parks and close to grocery store and bus stop within 3 min walk. The bedroom comes with a queen bed, night table and you will have your own private full bathroom. The desk on photo not included.

About the roomies

The person looking at renting MUST like cats. My 15 year old kitty is very friendly, clean and loves people. You MUST be ok with her roaming the house. If you are allergic, please do not consider this place. References and confirmation of employment is required. If you are student, proof that you have the funds to pay rent must be provided. The length of stay is negotiable. Minimum 3 months stay.
