The room will share a bathroom with only one other tenant, who is clean and respectful.

The condo is a 3 minute walk to the bus stop where you can take bus #73 to Royal York station, #79 to Runnymede station and #32 to eglinton west station.

Rent is all inclusive, covering the following; Heat, Water, Hydro and Internet

No parking available with the room.

The building has really good amenities you can take advantage of: swimming pool (indoor and outdoor), tennis court, Billiards room, party room and small gym.
