The Room: •$1,100/month + half of utilities (Monthly avg. to be split between us is around $250… so rent is typically $1,225+internet [still deciding on internet provider and/or if you WFH, would you need fast internet etc.]) OR $1,350 all-in •Flexible move-in: Sept 1, anytime in-between or Oct 1. •Bright, east-facing room with large closet and private ensuite with giant mirror •Fits both a double or Queen bed with furniture — it just depends on your bed frame •Unfurnished, but can be furnished for a small, one-time fee •Office/“whatever you want it as” space downstairs with provided desk, chair and multi-port power bar (or I can get rid of it you have your own stuff! ☺️ ) •Ample storage both inside and outside (locked shed) The House: •Vintage charm with modern upgrades (dishwasher, ice/water fridge, loft living room space with guest bed) •Two living areas with TVs = not in each other’s space if need be •Pet-friendly (pending intro with my senior doggo💞) •Basement: Office area + laundry + storage + small home gym + extra closet space •Street parking with permit ($45/year) or free if you don’t mind a walk (end of the block) •Backyard oasis: fire pit, year-round BBQ off the deck, final bits of landscaping in progress, outdoor projector & speakers + lawn games •Costco membership included for shared use

31, marketing/communications. I have a sm-md sized senior rescue dog who is quite timid/keeps to herself… most say, very “cat” like. Nearby pubs, board game nights at home or travelling are my jam on weekends/holidays.
Also enjoy golf, playing softball, movie/wine nights, hiking, and in winter I snowboard and curl 🤙🏼
I’m pretty easy going and have great past roomie references. Would say I’m open to most if not all lifestyles/religions/sexual orientations.
