Renting out an unfurnished room in my Two bedroom apartment in James Bay. Looking for somebody who is clean, respectful, and kind. I’m not looking just to fill a room. I want to find someone who enjoys their home and treats it well. Share hydro and WiFi, about $140 per month split between two, so all in is $1069.

I’ve lived here in a two bedroom alone 90% of the time. I have kept a spare room for my children or my mom (when she comes to visit), but I need to find a roommate to share my home so I can afford to stay in Victoria. Apt. Poor is not fun. I would prefer to live with someone who is tidy, knows what it means to do their fair share of chores, is employed and Kind. A sense of humor would go a long way!
