About the room

Awesome 3 level split home half block from the Lake entrance, one of the oldest, most-amazing lake districts in Calgary, lake access, 2 bedrooms available for one person, garage parking and lots of storage available. Cleaner comes every 3 weeks on my tab.

The backyard is amazing and private, big deck, lights on the deck and tree at night. Front yard faces the hill of the lake so no front neighbors. Absolutely wonderful neighborhood close to Ring Road access in deep SE Calgary.

Gender, identity, age, preference, etc isn’t an issue - being neat, respectful, putting dishes away, cleaning after yourself, having some joy in life to share would be awesome/amazing.

The room is currently furnished but doesn’t need to be. I have lots of storage and can move anything out of the 2 rooms.

The listing is very very tentatively child friendly - there are 2 rooms for one person. So single mom or dad who needs an awesome place to call home and it’s a good fit for 3 of us is possible.

Meeting will be the most critical part - this home is my sanctuary and I would want it to be your sanctuary as well.

About the roomies

I’m the only roommate - mid 50’s, very active and fit professional.

I meditate a lot, hit the gym 4 or 5 times weekly, prefer a super quiet, clean and tidy home/yard until it’s time to crank up the music once or twice a week, and maybe go find some House Music 4 times a year.

The house is a little messy/untidy - especially your potential rooms while current roommate moves out.
