This apartment is clean, bright, and cozy. It’s steps away from the Islington subway line and it’s so easy to experience Bloor Street shops and restaurants here.

The place is partially furnished, as I continue adding furniture to the commonspace living and dining areas. My ideal roommate would be more than welcome to share these spaces with me, so they’d only have to focus on furnishing the bedroom!

The bedroom available has the largest closet of the 2 bedrooms, and would easily fit a double bed. It’s also closest to the washroom.

The building is beautiful, well-maintained, cleaned daily, and has great amenities with convenient hours (gym, fitness centre, pool, lounge spaces, etc.).

The deposit covers last month’s rent. Hydro bill has never been more than $100 combined for my current roommate or I:)
