Has a kitchen and bathroom. Currently vacant, wheelchair accessible. No pets please. (Options) 1800- whole space monthly rental bills included, damage deposit required. Private entrance, Upper level, private 2 bedroom, with kitchen, bathroom, 2 decks, furnished, scheduled entertainment space (currently space has - hot tub, fire-pit and seating. )preference to no pets( landlord and dog in lower level) . No smoking, illegal drugs, cigarettes or cigars in house. Includes power, Energy, Wifi, water and *septic. ( *septic subject to change depending on increase) Application and interview required. Or could be a Double room suite: $750 a month for 1 regular room with electric beds, $850 for 1 room with deck , plus bills expense, shared bathroom, kitchen and living room space.
Or One room: Nightly rental: $135 a night $260 weekend Weekly: $650

Whole space (2 bedrooms) Nightly rental: $160 a night $350 weekend Weekly: $800

Street parking or in back of property. Winter plug in may add some cost to power if full time stay.

There is a door to separate spaces so it is private. I am a single female landlord who lives with her dog- very friendly Australian Shepherd. Security deposit required on all stays.
