Private entrance, Upper level, private 2 bedroom, with kitchen, bathroom, 2 decks, furnished, scheduled entertainment space (currently space has - hot tub, fire-pit and seating. )preference to no pets( landlord and dog in lower level) . No smoking cigarettes or cigars in house. No illegal drugs. Quiet household. Includes power, Energy, Wifi, water and *septic. ( *septic subject to change depending on increase) Application and interview required. Or Double room suite: $750 a month for regular room with electric beds, $850 for room with deck , plus bills expense, shared bathroom, kitchen and living room space.
Or One room: Nightly rental: $135 a night $260 weekend Weekly: $650
