No smoking cigarettes, illegal drugs, or cigars in house. Includes power, Energy, Wifi, water and *septic. ( *septic subject to change depending on increase) Application and interview required. Or Double room suite: $750 a month for regular room with electric beds, $850 for room with deck , plus bills expense, shared bathroom, kitchen and living room space.

Single female landlord and dog ( Australian Shephard) on lower level. Door separates units. So private.
