Entrance through the home, with a personal door code for access. Parking is not available. Bus routes 3 & 5 a walk to the stops on Clarke Road and Gore Road.

Tenants have exclusive use of a washer & dryer pair, located in the basement kitchenette. Toaster oven, kettle, and hot-plate available.

Lower-level is a renovated space with large egress windows and spray foam insulated walls. Ceiling is insulated and solid-core doors on bedrooms.

Room is available month to month.
