Entrance through the home, with a personal door code for access. Parking available on the driveway. Bus routes 3 & 5 a short walk to the stops on both Clarke Road and Gore Road.

Tenants have use of a new washer & dryer pair, located in the basement kitchenette. Toaster oven, kettle, and dual-burner hot-plate available.

Lower-level is a renovated space with large egress windows and spray foam insulated walls. Ceiling is insulated and solid-core doors on bedrooms for quieter spaces.

Room is available month to month. Note: Main floor is undergoing renovations, requiring daily access to basement ceiling space in July & August.
