Tenants have use of washer & dryer pair, located in the basement kitchenette. Toaster oven, kettle, and dual-burner hot-plate available.

Lower-level is a renovated space with large egress windows and spray foam insulated walls. Ceiling is insulated and solid-core doors on bedrooms.
