You will have a large, well-lit and fully furnished private space to yourself in the basement, about 310 sq.ft, with a shared kitchen and bath on the main floor, and shared laundry in the basement. Furnishings are shown in the photos. The bed is a high-quality Sealy Queen-sized pillowtop. There is the possibility of setting up a sort of kitchenette for yourself in your own space. I have a bar fridge, microwave, hot plate, and other small appliances available. I’m open to the possibility of bringing some of your own small furniture, which we would discuss before an agreement is made. A utility sink will be available in the storage room next to your space if you choose to use it.

Another possibility is the use of a pee-only-potty in a closet (not shown) just outside your main room (a sort of lobby area). There is some storage available for you outside your personal space. There’s a small backyard to share as well. An entry is available through the back of the house if you like, though I use it to go into the backyard.

If you are a student, it’s about 20 minutes to SAIT and 30 to UofC by bus, both Main Campuses. Looking for a male ideally, but not necessarily. Most important is that there’s a good vibe between us when we meet :-)
