Seton is beautiful, quiet and lot’s around the area. Big parks, Superstore, Cineplex, Costco only being 15 minutes away. I love living here. Lived here for 2 years and really enjoy it.

Hello, my roommate (male 25) and I (female 24) are looking for someone to move in ASAP, or march 1st 2025. I own a large black lab, named Juno who’s very sweet and clingy. He is not friendly to other pets, so he ✨MUST✨ be the only pet in the household. I work Monday-Fridays and am a homebody in my spare time. Meaning I play videogames until late, which means you have to be alright with me talking late at night sometimes. My roommate works, studies and plays pro soccer. So he is barely home. But when he is home, he also plays videogames late at night. The bathroom is shared, and there is a powder room downstairs. There is a garage included, which can be yours if you prefer. It’s quite small however, so it could be best as storage. The room can come either furnished or unfurnished (meaning with a queen bed and mattress, lamp and nightstand). The entire house is furnished already. Of course, feel free to use the living room couch and TV, all subscriptions are on it already. You are welcome to bring your own kitchen stuff, but it is already provided if it makes it easier for you. Yes you will have your own cupboard space. We just ask that you respect the common areas and keep clean. Both he and I are respectful and tidy, but overall chill. You’ll probably barely see us. Utilities/wifi average $130-$150/month. The lease renews in July so the rent will be going up or down in July. We prefer someone who will be long term, but of course life happens
