Furnished private basement bedroom in centrally located family home available January 1 until end of April, possibly beyond. Shared kitchenette and bathroom with one other early 20s male student who also has a bedroom downstairs. Kitchenette equipped with full-sized fridge, microwave, toaster oven, induction hotplate and everything you will need to prepare light meals. Separate entrance to basement, plentiful street parking. Close to bus routes and bike paths. $750/month includes internet and laundry. Each student pays 20% of hydro, which works out to approximately $40 every two months with reasonable use of baseboard heat. Downstairs laundry room and media room shared by entire household. Homeowners and pets live upstairs. Perfect for a serious, quiet student–no parties or frequent guests permitted. No smoking or vaping anywhere on property. Limited storage outside of the bedroom, so would not be suitable for someone with a lot of stuff. House is older, so has some quirks, but is quiet, safe and comfortable.
