About the roomies
I am a business professional and have been renting this place with my 2 adult children who are moving out. In addition to the Master Suite I am renting out the two other bedrooms with adjoining bathroom and balcony as a second unit in a separate listing. I occupy the finished basement. The main floor living room, kitchen and basement laundry are shared spaces. There is a garage available for some storage if require but it’s pretty full. Parking is available for two cars in front and one in the driveway.
