About the room
This is a second-floor, 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment in the center of Langford. Many bus routes are accessible, including the main line. Westshore Mall is about a 25-minute walk, and Goldstream Ave is about 10 minutes.
A parking spot is available for a monthly fee through property management. This is a non-smoking building, there is an area outside where folks tend to gather and talk.
The unit itself is about 950 square feet and pet-friendly (cats & dogs) with in-suite laundry. The building has bike storage, fitness room and elevators.
Semi-furnished room, my friend is moving out so there are some items they are willing to part with. Reach out for any questions on that.
Ideally, it would be someone or a couple who is also part of the LGBT+ community, able to communicate well, mindful of apartment living (re: sound), and can tidy up after themselves.
About the roomies
My name is Alex, I am transmasculine and I use he/him or they/them pronouns. I’m pretty introverted and keep to myself but I am open to hanging out on occasion or going out and having fun.
I like playing games with my friends (usually online or I out to them), painting, reading and listening to podcasts. I work nearby four days a week, but I occasionally take on contract work, for which I then work from home for half a day. If that comes up, I will make sure to communicate it.
