Super bright and lots of natural light! Would be perfect for a plant mom/dad Private bedroom, with closet. The rest of the areas are shared. Well organized and clean kitchen. Spacious and artsy living room for casual and respectful social gatherings. Balcony with a gorgeous view on Marda Loop. South facing and we get sun all day, and the moon loves to grace us with her presence in the living room. Small full cozy bathroom. Bathtub, shower and basic organization. Walking distance from downtown and mardaloop. There’s also the 6, 7, and 22 buses that are nearby.

I’m an artist and I work all around this part of the city. I also like to paint and craft at home. I like cooking, reading and playing music. I’m an overall artistic person. I have a desk in the living room where I paint. There’s room for other activities too.

I have to be pretty strict on cleaning, unfortunately it’s an old building and sometimes bugs sneak in. So the best way to avoid them is to not keep food and strong scents out. And having a clean life style. That is the biggest con of this place. I thrive on communication and transparency, I believe that starts with me.
