Beautiful newly renovated Victorian building converted into apartments! Three bedrooms and shared washroom. Laundry is coin operated and in the basement. We pay hydro and gas for stove as well as wifi! Usually under $40. At the top of the building so must be okay with stairs! We do not have central A/C. We will probably be investing in a shared unit for the apartment for the summer.

I’m Shannon, I work as a barista and work usually 5-7 days a week so I’m not home a ton. I’m an early riser though so prefer less loud noise late at night! My roommate Nicole works and is in school so is also usually home in the evenings only.
