Furnished single bed room available in our 3 bedroom 2 washroom laneway house. It’s located in Fraserview, South East Vancouver, about half a block from transit. Walking distance to groceries, restaurants and various shops.
The rent is $950 per month including utilities (plus a one time damage deposit of $475, returnable upon departure), laundry, high speed internet, Netflix, Amazon Prime. The rent also includes shared things; toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, and hand soap in both washrooms.
About the roomies
You would be sharing with 3 other people and 2 cats. Me Constandina (48yrs, Admin working from home, likes Netflix and sleeping lol) my husband Tim (56yrs, Garbage man (mostly retired), likes video games and documentaries) and James 33, likes cats and spicy food). The 2 cats are Charlie (outside mostly and super chill) and Roxxy (indoor and hides a lot).
