This property is spacious, accommodating, in a great area, and close to transit and shopping essentials. You will have access to essentially the entire property, including kitchen, common space, and even the outdoor garden I maintain every summer if you want to do some gardening or sit outside. I also have built-in air conditioning for hot days! There’s a large living room that currently lacks some furniture, but I plan to furnish it given time. You’re also welcome to contribute to that if you want.

As an additional note, the bedroom I’ve listed is freshly renovated with new paint on the walls, new windows, a massive closet space, and a brand new mattress and bed. I’ve also added a few pieces of furniture in there for now, but anyone is welcome to bring anything they feel they might need. The bed is really the only thing I don’t want to move out of there, so I’m flexible otherwise! As for the bathroom, there’s an upstairs bathroom with a shower that I’m willing to allow you to use as your primary bathroom. I’m good with using the downstairs bathroom unless I need to shower, just to make it more accessible for you.

Hello, my name is Brandon!

This was originally my grandmother’s home, and after spending the last five years looking after her and ensuring she had somebody around, she has decided to move on to assisted living, and has passed this property on to me.

I’ve decided it best to look for a roommate to help offset some of the costs. As for me, I’m a professional, structured, and respectful person that’s easy to get along with, and I have what I’d call a strong sense of humour, though I suppose that’s subjective. I work from home and have my own tabletop RPG business which I spend most of my free time building, though I do game and play other tabletop RPGs such as DnD on occasion. I generally keep to my own space and schedule, and I value independence, privacy and communication above all else. I also don’t drink or smoke, but I have no qualms about somebody who does so long as they smoke outside! Finally, I have a smaller social circle, and mainly spend any social time I have with one of my two best friends, whom you may see around on occasion.

As a final note, I believe I can usually reach a compromise or solution on most things, and I rarely ever let an issue become a problem without first speaking to others about it. If you have any requests or accommodations you want to discuss, I’m always ready to listen.
