About the room
Looking for one or two roommates to share a four-bedroom house in Mount Pleasant! One room is available May 15, and the other June 1.
The house has two bedrooms in the attic (where I live) with a half bathroom, and two bedrooms on the main floor with a full bathroom. If I find one roommate, you’ll have both main-floor bedrooms to yourself and just share the bathroom shower with me (I use the upstairs washroom otherwise). If I find two roommates, you’ll each get your own bedroom.
The space includes a shared kitchen, living room, and laundry (shared with a downstairs tenant), a fenced backyard, and a double garage. It’s a 10-minute walk to SAIT and close to Kensington and downtown.
Rent would be:
$1,370/month each if I find one roommate
$915/month each if I find two roommates (Both options include utilities. The only extra cost is Wi-Fi, which is about $30/month.)
About the roomies
I am 25 working professional with a corgi mix dog named Cinch! I work from home two days a week and the other days I am in office and my dog joins me. I am very clean and like to keep my space very tidy. I do have friends over from time to time but ideally would like someone I can include:) I spend most my weekends hiking or away visiting family.
