Unfurnished room with a built in closet in a 3 bed, 1 1/2 bath townhouse. The unit has very new appliances, in unit washer and dryer, dishwasher and a balcony in the front. Multiple grocery stores, Starbucks, a pharmacy, a pet store and two vet clinics are a five minute walk away, as well as two different bus routes that can take you to the subway. Property is right by the Humber River and has access to great walking trails.

We’re two queer girls looking for a new person to share our space with! One of us is a full time art student, the other works. We’re both very creative and love crafts, we hang out together in the living room a lot and we would love to make friends with our new roommate! We have two cats currently in the unit, one or potentially two more cats would be welcome, but they must be very easygoing and friendly as one of our cats is very elderly and medically fragile.
