I am looking to move downtown or central area. I don’t have a space yet but I would like to confirm a roommate before looking. Basically want a place with insuite laundry and parking for my car. I want the extra space you get with a two bedroom. Your rent would be 1000 with utilities and fiber internet included. Your room wouldn’t be furnished, but the rest of the house would have supplies. You would need to buy your own things like laundry soap and such but dishes and things can be provided. I set the date to may but I am willing to move end of may as well

I work from home and have two small dogs. I am a gamer and an artist, so lots of time I’m at home, and randomly I’m away for performances or travel. I generally keep to myself, if youre introverted I’m sure we can cohabitate if you’re a good communicator. If you’re extroverted I have no issue socializing. I have had lots of different types of roommates but at this point I’m really just looking for someone who is mature and self reliant.
