Beautiful house built in 2012. I’m renting the whole three bedroom house out as I am going to Vancouver for work related reasons. The house is furnished so just bring your self! The rental part of the house is a furnished three bedroom, and downstairs there is a fully separated suit that is rented to a long term tenant. This house is in amazing condition and I’d like to keep it that way. This is a non smoking house that is pet friendly. You will be responsible for yard maintenance and garbage pick up as well as bills. There is drive way parking that must be shared with downstairs tenant — and limited garage space.
