The building has many amenities including a gym, social room with pool tables and a viewing theatre. Underground parking, above ground parking, and street parking available.

The apartment rent is $2500/month plus utilities, parking, internet, cable. Overnight guests are not welcome, and this is not negotiable.

The rent I expect is variable. I am extremely flexible on what amount of rent I am willing to accept. The rent will be a flat rate with utilities, internet and cable included.

Lower rent will require more services, such as dog walking, dishes, etc. Higher rent will require basic services, like daily, weekly, and monthly chores.
