Rent will be 600 a month in which is half plus 200 for gas/ electricity etc. The picture is of the room that I have been using as an office but I will be getting a bed, etc if I find the right person to move in. The area is nice and quiet with a bus stop close by. I am Looking for someone responsible/ trustworthy and a non smoker. I will require references

I have rented here myself for 5 years I have 3 cats and 1 small dog and unfortunately my landlord may not accept any more pets. I am down to earth and enjoy the outdoors. I am organized and enjoy a clean living space and a non smoker. I like gardening, nature and some quiet time. I am a Nanny/caregiver and have been for 10 years working for different families, over the years.
