The room is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, just a short distance from both Camosun Lansdowne Campus and UVic. The basement was recently renovated and offers a spacious living room with plenty of natural light. The kitchen features a large countertop, perfect for cooking and entertaining. There are two rooms in the basement, and you will be renting the larger of the two. Both the kitchen and bathroom are shared spaces. The landlady, who lives upstairs, is very friendly and welcoming. She also has a sweet cat who’s sure to make you feel at home!

Hi future roommate! Here’s a bit about me: I’m 25 years old and studied business at Camosun. When I’m home, I usually spend my time in my room as I’m pretty quiet and a morning person. In my free time, I enjoy reading, visiting coffee shops, playing soccer, and practicing guitar (I’m still a beginner with both soccer and guitar!) Also, I’m learning French (very beginner but enjoying the process). I like to keep the place a peaceful space to unwind, so I don’t host parties. I also do a weekly round of house cleaning to keep things tidy. If my lifestyle sounds like a good fit for you, I’d love to grab a coffee (or tea, if that’s more your style!) to chat and get to know each other a little better! :)
