The apartment is on the main floor with a decent size balcony.

I am a business owner in Canmore, and usually work from evening till late night. I recently moved back to Calgary and currently furnishing the entire place.

You would have to get your own furniture in the room. There is a decent size closet and some extra closet space as well. The den can be used as an office.

All the utilities are included in the rent, and Wi-Fi cost will be shared.

Laundry equipment is available within the apartment.

Rent can be month to month with the security deposit of one month rent.

Parking is not available as I have 2 cars myself, but you can find Street parking outside the apartment complex.

Dogs are not allowed. Cat is fine.
