Rent: $700 for the main floor room (available now) $750 for the second floor room +Internet ($35/month) and gas (around $11) First and last month’s rent required.

Our house has 5 bedrooms, spread out over 3 floors, and there are currently 3 independent but friendly people living here (one man and two women ages 30 to 40) and an awesome dog. If that sounds like a lot, no worries–it doesn’t feel crowded.
Our vibe is pretty easygoing, and we value honesty and open communication over perfection. If something bothers you, say something so we can figure it out.
