This is a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom house with plenty of space. There’s an empty basement available for storage, a yard out back, and a shared common area on the second floor that can be set up as a small office or lounge once it’s cleaned up. The room comes with a bed and a desk. You are also welcome to bring your own furniture as there is plenty of room for storage in basement. We can do month to month rental but we prefer to look for a longer stable roommate. It would be $800 with everything included with internet.

Currently, there are two of us living here. My roommate Keith is in his 30s—he mostly works from home but occasionally travels for work. I will be out working 6 to 7 days a week. He lives in the master bedroom with a private bathroom. The rest of us will share the second bathroom in the hallway. We’re both renters, so there’s no awkward dynamic—just a couple of easygoing people who try to keep things organized and respectful in the shared spaces. At the end of the day, living with roommates is more about finding people you’re comfortable with and get along well with, rather than just the space itself. We’re looking for someone with a similar mindset to make this a laid-back and respectful home.

I’m 27. I like video games, board games, motorcycles, working out, movies. I have a sport bike and a miata. Lowkey I’m a foodie as well. I can be social or keep to myself. I don’t mind a game night or a couple of drinks on the weekend either.
