I’m looking for a female roommate for a 2B1B condo in NW close to downtown

It is located 3mins from ctrain station and it will take you downtown in one stop. Alternatively it is a good 10-15mins walk.

The unit is fully furnished with appliances and kitchenware, includes a washer, dryer, balcony, and storage room. The room for rent is the smaller one which is move-in ready with a bed, mattress, desk, and chair. (First two photos are previous listing photos, we have a toaster but not a coffee machine now)

Available June to Sep, with the possibility of extension

Rent includes all utilities and deposit is one month’s rent

About the roomies
