Hi! My name is Jen. I am super friendly, easy going and a bit of a home body.

I have a beautiful condo that is just 2 years old, 1100 sqft, 2 bed, 2 bath with a gym in the building. You would have your own large bedroom and your own bathroom- with a tub! You’d even have your own assigned parking no extra charge.  There’s ensuite laundry, dishwasher, AC in every room, fireplace in the living room - it basically has everything you could want! Our balcony is also humongous and I plan to make it an out door oasis :)

I am extremely easy to live with, I am non confrontational, respectful of your space and shared spaces and honestly ideally I would be able to find a roomie that turned into a great friend 🧡

The building is pet friendly, so I do require someone that loves cats, but doesn’t have one. My beefy Eggs (Benny) Benedict is more than enough cat for one condo- but be warned- he is most definately a lap cat…so I hope you like snug ;p

I don’t mind having people over, but not every night kinda thing. I get up at 530 Monday-Friday with 2 work from home days a week, I tend to shuter down early during the week.

I dont smoke weed, but I don’t care if you do- just not in the condo- its a non smoking building. I like my wine and I love a pub night.

I dont move in until 1 July 2025, but I can send you all the pictures you could need of the condo.
