Unit 401 The building itself is in a very awesome location! Close to a bus stop, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a dollarstore, and PLENTY of good restaurants. Additionally, the West Shore Campus is right across the street, and will be opening in September. The building is pet friendly, so long as a pet deposit is given, along with permission from a rather chill building manager. Total rent is $1950, with the average Hydro being about $180 (though it may change), and HighSpeed internet is $80. All other bills are included. Split, we will each pay $975 in rent, $130 in utilities.

I am a single, disabled lgbt+ individual who is simply trying to go about their life. I am very chill, do not party or smoke, and will be spending most of my time either on my computer in my room, or at my “crafting area” desk in the livingroom. I currently live off of a disability pension, so rent will always be paid (given a day or so, bureaucracy pending).

The only “rules” I have for living together are: No parties (at least, not without talking to me first). Guests are fine, just give me a heads up. Pay rent on time. Clean up after yourself in common areas, but be as messy as you like in your own room. Don’t be violent or a bigot (I feel like i shouldn’t have to say that). Please be quiet around 8pm, as we live with many neighbours.

While certainly not a requirement my any means, a reference from a previous landlord or such would be appreciated.
