• House is equipped with Smart lighting / Mood lighting with Alexa (Super relaxing after a long days work).

• Damage/Security deposit is full months rent.

• The basement has its own washer and dryer than the people on the Main floor.

A little about the roommate:

• International student currently attending Mount Royal University ( 3rd year Nursing Student )
• Plays the guitar, however with that being said will play when is acceptable with the household.
• Enjoys cycling around Calgary.
• Quiet person by nature and try to be as considerate and discreet as possible when around the house.
• Always keeps space clean and tidy. Clean as I go type of guy because a neat environment helps a person stay healthy and comfortable.
• Downtime, listens to music, watch movies, binge shows, or play video games–always with headphones and at a love volume if not.
• Cook fo myself and often make Filipino dishes, and sometimes other cuisines.
• Work schedule can vary, with shifts starting at 7 AM, 3 PM, or 11 PM and I usually return home about 30 minutes after the end of my shift.

The landlord lives on the Main Floor of this basement suite. Keep in mind this is a separate unit from the main floor. I will be match making you with the other roommate. You’d have to answer a questionnaire…. And I will share your answers with him. I will also let you two video chat after I pre screen you to make sure you two would get along. You can also choose to meet up as well. I will be making a decision with him.
