This means: You will start on the main floor short-term You will transfer to the basement bedroom on May 1 This is not a permanent main-floor rental. I have the main floor bedroom rented to another Australian (26/M) as of May 1st.

• Plays the guitar, however with that being said will play when is acceptable with the household.

• Always keeps space clean and tidy. Clean as I go type of guy because a neat environment helps a person stay healthy and comfortable.
• Downtime, listens to music, watch movies, binge shows, or play video games–always with headphones and at a love volume if not.
• Cook fo myself and often make Filipino dishes, and sometimes other cuisines.
