Roommate wanted!!

Hey everyone! I am wanting to re-sign the lease at my current house July 1st, but my roommate will be moving out and not re-signing with me as they want to move back home to save some money. So I am looking for someone to fill their spot 🙂

**Please note I own 2 dogs and 2 cats so you will need to be pet friendly.

Total rent combined is $2150 a month. I pay an extra $100 for a pet fee making the total $2250 a month. Located in Sandstone Valley NW 5 minute walk from the sandstone bus terminal. Also has many bus stops right outside the house if transit as a need for you.

It is the main floor/top floor of a house with a quiet elderly couple living in the basement.

About the Space: Move in date: July 1st Rent: $1050/month Utilities not included. We would pay 60% of total utility bill. (Past few months I’ve been paying $100-150 a month)

There will be a security deposit that we will both have to pay. It’ll just be one months rent.

Your Space: Private bedroom with a big closet, and your own private bathroom. (I don’t have photos as my roomate still has all their stuff in it)

Bonus: Separate area available for your own living room setup if desired! (Or we can share mine and use that space as something else)

Parking: 2-car garage for parking or storage (full access can be arranged, otherwise half of it will be mine). There is tons of street parking as well.

Outdoor Space: Good-sized backyard with a deck, perfect for summer hangouts! I just got a bbq and some patio furniture so I’m excited to use it.

Laundry: Shared with basement tenants

Lots of closets in the house for storage which I always find handy.

About Me:

I am a 27 year old working female. I like to have game nights, play hockey and ringette, and read in my spare time. I’m pretty relaxed and easy going. I have two dogs and two cats, so you must be okay with pets! They’re friendly and will love you if you let them.
