Welcome to Historical Grimsby Beach! A unique community of colourful gingerbread cottages by the beach, and Bell Park. Large private suite located on the second floor. Spectacular large windows, looking out to surrounding trees, with cathedral ceiling. Private entrance. There are two private (locks on doors) suites, both containing their own private ensuite washrooms. The two suites are separated by a galley kitchen. The other suite is currently vacant (see my other ad). The kitchen is the only thing that’s shared with 1 other person in the vacant suite but, each have their own pantry. The large private suite with ensuite washroom with bathtub and shower, is furnished with everything in the pictures, including new mattress cover, and tv. It Includes, hydro, central heat and central air conditioning, water, wifi, one dedicated parking space, furnished outdoor balcony, and coin laundry on site. $995 per month, 12 months minimum and month to month afterwards. The other suite is vacant at the moment (please see other ad). The only thing that is shared with the single person in the other suite is the galley kitchen but, each have their own food pantry.
