The large private bachelor/studio has a kitchenette and ensuite washroom with bathtub and shower it is furnished with everything in the pictures, including new mattress cover, and smart tv with Internet. It Includes, hydro, central heat and central air conditioning, water, wifi, one dedicated parking space, furnished outdoor yard, and coin laundry on site. $1275 per month, 6 months minimum and month to month afterwards.
