Welcome to Historical Grimsby Beach! A unique community of colourful gingerbread cottages by the beach, and Bell Park. Large private bachelor/studio located on the second floor. Spectacular large windows, looking out to surrounding trees, with cathedral ceiling. Private entrance. The large private bachelor/studio has a kitchenette and ensuite washroom with bathtub and shower it is furnished with everything in the pictures, including new mattress cover, and smart tv with Internet. It Includes, hydro, central heat and central air conditioning, water, wifi, one dedicated parking space, furnished outdoor yard, and coin laundry on site. $1275 per month, 6 months minimum and month to month afterwards.
