Hi! I’m Alix, a 36-year-old active, social, working professional, obsessed with plants and getting high in the mountains, climbing or backcountry skiing.

I work from home a few days a week, but I’m frequently out on mountain adventures or spending time with my boyfriend or friends, who also occasionally visit.

I’m extroverted and enjoy being around people but respect others’ space and keep myself busy. I’ve lived with all sorts of roommates over the years and found that an easy-going attitude, clear communication, and shared cleanliness standards make for the best roomie homelife.

Non-smoker, rarely drink, and value keeping the home tidy, organized, and comfortable.

Have a sassy, persnickety Australian cattle dog rescue named Lando. He loves people (and to be cradled like a baby) but not other animals, so no additional pets, unfortunately. He occasionally barks when excited, so this home isn’t ideal for night-shift workers or folks who require constant quiet.

Grounded, emotionally mature, and self-sufficient – you adapt well to living with others and have a track record of harmonious long-term living arrangements

Don’t mind SOs and friends visiting occasionally – you can do the same!

Can balance social time with personal space – friendly without forcing friendship

Considerate of shared spaces, helping to keep a clean, enjoyable, and easy-going household – you’re comfortable addressing issues directly and appreciate others doing the same

Have a healthy, active lifestyle – no smoking, drugs, excessive drinking or partying
