I live in The Kingsway. Room has a window with a very private back yard. 12.43x8.92. Living room, dining room, and Kitchen open space. Main floor bathroom. I also going to be renting the upstairs potentially to a student as it is 17X12 with IKEA long desk with drawers, night table, Book case (12 shelves) and night table with Double bed. Basement also a thought - huge - with private bedroom and Fridge, kitchen sink, outlet for a stove and bathroom. Not sure I am not going down there myself - To be figured out within 1 Month. Back yard with furniture but grass needs a little help. I am 2 min to Memorial Pool and skating rink. Many activities there. Dog park 2min, Tennis courts x4 3min (but not sure how the membership works). 10m walk to Bloor/Royal York rd (Subway, Shoppers & Tim’s) and 10min to Islington subway(Sobey’s and other fast food etc)_. Currently have 2 spots in driveway but that might change tbd.

No roomies yet but I am discerning and whoever rents first will also be included in conversation as I want this to be a good fit and comfortable for everyone.
