Huge bedroom space available. It will be vacant on December 1, however I’m not in a rush to rent it out, so if January is preferred, that is open for discussion.

Room is 18.5’ x 11.5’. It is fully furnished: Full-size fridge, Queen-size bed, nightstand, wardrobe, cupboards, desk, two-seat diamond willow chair. It also has a ceiling fan and heater. It is in a separate building from the main house, so you would have absolute privacy when in your space.

NOTE: This is a bedroom, NOT a suite, so it does not have own plumbing. You would be sharing bathroom and large kitchen with one other person. Free on-street parking.

You obviously, won’t be confined to your bedroom, you have absolute access to livingroom, kitchen, etc., as well as the yard. It is totally up to you whether you choose to spend most of your time in the house or in the room.

It has a cat door – so yes, a kitty is welcome.

Price $950/month single occupancy. Includes utilities: hydro, fortis, wifi (no cable).
