2 unfurnished bedrooms, all utilities included. One room is currently rented by myself. Our ideal renter is another 2 females looking for a 6 month lease.

Appliances include a dishwasher, in-suite laundry, fridge, microwave, stove.

I’m a working professional. There’s currently 2 cats in the house. Fenced backyard, newly renovated kitchen and bathroom.

The home is in Lakeview, easy access to Glenmore trail for your commute, 20-30 minute walk to Mount Royal University, and right on top of the beautiful Glenmore reservoir, park, and Weaselhead natural area.

I’m a working professional, I have 2 cats that live in the house currently. I’m clean, quiet and spend lots of my time in my room.
