Private, furnished bedroom available in a spacious four-bedroom home, centrally located in Langford. The room can also be rented unfurnished if preferred. You’ll have access to shared spaces including a clean and well-equipped kitchen, cozy living room, and a shared bathroom.

The home features a large, fully fenced yard with lots of room to garden if that’s your thing—perfect for enjoying some fresh air, sunshine, or getting your hands in the soil. Located just steps from transit routes, it’s easy to get around. Street parking is available, and there’s potential for garage or storage space if needed.

This home would best suit someone who is quiet, respectful, and lives a clean lifestyle—absolutely no alcohol, drugs, or smoking on the property.

You’ll be sharing the home with me—a registered nurse who lives a clean, sober lifestyle. I work hard and recharge outdoors, so I’m often hiking, swimming, or spending time in nature. I’m an early riser and tend to wind down early, so this space would be best suited to someone with a similar routine. Late-night guests or night owl energy wouldn’t be a good fit here.

Also in the home is my 16-year-old daughter, whose bedroom and hangout space is downstairs in the basement. You’d be sharing the main bathroom upstairs with me.

We share our space with a small, friendly dog and a mostly-outdoor cat, so animal lovers are a plus. Overall, we’re friendly, respectful, and keep a peaceful vibe in the home.
