Hello I’m looking to sublet my space after finding a new career out of town. Your dedicated space includes bedroom, den/office, private bathroom, assigned underground parking and a bonus storage cage. The space available after August 1st.
The kitchen, living room, and balcony are shared with a employed professional in his 20s. He is quiet and reserved for the most part. He has his own bedroom and bathroom.
The apartment is located across from grocery stores, restaurants, gyms and lots of other amenities.
Interested folks are welcome to meet with the roomie and landlord before making a commitment. The space is ideal for young professionals or students looking to live in the SE.
