The townhouse is right outside the 138 bus to Crowfoot Station and only a 5 minute drive from the park-and-ride. Fast and easy access to downtown or out to the Rockies.

Everything you need within a 5-minute drive at Crowfoot Crossing shopping centre. 15-minute drive to University of Calgary. Lots of parks and green spaces within walking distance.

Work and previous landlord references required. 3 months minimum rental.

Pricing for couples is $1200. Sorry, we do not accomodate children.

You’ll be sharing the house with 2-3 adult men. We are quiet, clean, respectful, quiet and easy-going.
