Everything you need within a 5-minute drive at Crowfoot Crossing shopping centre. 15-minute drive to University of Calgary. Lots of parks and green spaces within walking distance.

Work and previous landlord references required. 4 months minimum rental. Sorry, no couples or children. 1 occupant only.
