One furnished bedroom in a 3-bedroom townhouse located in Shawnee Slopes, a 10-minute walk from Fish Creek Station!

Rent includes all utilities (electricity, Wi-Fi, etc.) as well as shared household items (like paper towels, dish soap, etc.). Street parking is available.

Requirements: ✅ No pets or smoking of any kind, inside or outside/near the house. ✅ Able to provide 2 most recent pay stubs, or a bank statement proving possession of entire rental amount. ✅ Able to provide a reference from a former landlord or roommate.

I am a woman in my late 20s currently attending law school at the University of Calgary. Our third housemate is a woman in her early 20s working as a medical receptionist. We tend to keep to ourselves and are out of the house a lot, so it’s a great place to unwind at the end of the day. 😊
