About the room
Fairly small, but well lit and cozy 2 Bed 1 Bath located on 16th Ave, water and heat included. Right next to SAIT and Northhill Mall, and right between Sait and Lion’s Park Station. No balcony, but building includes a really nice rooftop lounge! Short walk away from Confederation Park!
Note: Heat and water are included in the rent, but we pay for internet and electricity.
The place is pretty bare currently, but I’d love to get some furniture in there and create a really nice living space. Note that your bedroom will not have windows, but the door has a glass front (opaque, not see through) that allows the natural light in :)
About the roomies
My name is Bobby! I’m a 23 year old trans guy working in retail management, otherwise, I’m usually drawing or dancing. I’m a big music guy, so I typically have tunes always playing (not after 9, of course). I’m a pretty chill, easygoing roomie who prefers to do my own thing and let you do yours, but I’m always down to hang!!
