Bonjour, Je suis un homme de 45 ans qui a une chambre meublée avec accès à l’appartement au complet. Je suis pas là souvent, tout est propre, peinture récente, 4 électros neufs, air climatisé, chauffé et éclairé avec WIFI et TV. I speak french and English. Renovated condo with two bedrooms and one is mine et i rent the other room with a beautiful furnished balcony. New wall-mounted heat pump (air conditioning), natural gas heating, all curtains are new, fresh paint everywhere, a desk to work, everything is provided. Near Gatineau Hospital, bus right in front, and 15 minutes from Ottawa. You got private parking. I am looking for a calm, respectful, very clean woman.
About the roomies
furnished room complete, queen bed. A bedside table and a desk for clothes.
