Looking for someone to rent the basement in our townhouse, right on Bowness Road in Montgomery. You’re walking distance to the University District, the river, and some great local spots (coffee shops, breweries, stores). Easy access to U of C, Market Mall, downtown, and major transit routes.

Available Sept 1 (flexible on the exact move-in date)

Rent: $1000/month (utilities not included)

You’ll have:

You’d be living with two girls in their mid 20s who both work full-time and are students. We’re ideally looking for someone in their mid to late 20s who’s also clean, laid-back, and socially competent, someone who gets how to share a space without it being weird (you get it).

The vibe here is relaxed but respectful, clean and chill.
